Awards & Accolades
Weddings take place from 6 pm – 11 pm.
The Cottage & Loft Suite open at 11 am on the day of your wedding.
Avensole Winery includes a Venue Coordinator to assist you with the planning process. Additionally, your Venue Coordinator will be present from beginning to end on the day of your celebration. Feel free to clarify your Venue Coordinator’s responsibilities before beginning your search for additional day of coordination.
(Couples are responsible for booking the following: Music, Florist, Officiant, Photographer/videographer and Baker)
A one-hour ceremony rehearsal takes place at 12 pm the day before your wedding. An experienced member of our team will be present to provide rehearsal coordination.
Vendor services must be provided by a professional and licensed vendor. Prior to you wedding date, vendors are required to provide a copy of their liability insurance as well as review, sign and return our Vendor Agreement. The integrity of a vendor’s service is their responsibility which includes arriving self-contained.
A $2,000 nonrefundable deposit (that is applied to your final balance), CC Authorization Form, and client signatures are required to secure your wedding date.
All details including the final guest count are due 15 days before your wedding date to ensure all orders are placed accordingly.
