Our Cork & Fork tour is our quintessential wine and culinary experience, hosted by wine educator, Michelle Vazquez, and culinary expert, Lauren Irwin.

Enjoy a taste of our Sparkling Soiree Rose to sip whilst walking the grounds and production facility, followed by five of our finest wines paired with exquisite bites handcrafted by chef, Taylor Israelsen, which feature seasonal produce from both local and California producers. This 90-minute experience will include:

  • Walking tour of our family estate vineyard and production facility
  • Five handcrafted Avensole wines (1.5 ounces of each wine)
  • Five food pairings from our Restaurant team

  • Seabass Ceviche paired with our Melody Twins
  • Short Rib with an assortment of root vegetables paired with our Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

  • Flourless chocolate cake paired with Rendezvous

When are tours available?

Tours are available:

Friday and Monday – 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Saturday and Sunday – 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM

by reservation only.

Each tour is designed for wine enthusiasts to share space, expect the possibility of family-style seating.

Minimum of 2 guests per tour, and a maximum of 10 guests per tour.

All guests will receive a 10% discount on any wine purchases made on the day.
